This is a Wellness Coaching program that will help you move towards your health goals, whatever they may be. We live in a world filled with information like never before: you only need to ask your phone and you'll learn how to make lasagna, what Pilates is and where that quotation comes from.... It's fantastic! But, at the same time, so confusing!! Maybe you have searched for the best diet to lose weight, or the best supplement for menopause, or the best exercise routine to build muscle.... and you have found dozens of articles and videos with different (sometimes even contradictory) advice... So: how to decide?? The reality is that human beings are all very different, and what works amazing for someone might be terrible for someone else. Reading articles or watching YouTube tutorials will certainly help you gain knowledge, but won't be enough. What you need is a guide that can help you make sense of all that information, and that support your own growth valuing and respecting your own thoughts, ideas and needs. In this course, we will meet virtually once a week for 12 weeks. We will discuss your health goals, both short- and long-term, and I will help you, through my coaching, come up with your own plan, one that you will stick to because it comes from YOU!
