Group Classes

In our classes, you'll be working in a multi-level group setting, where modifications and/or different versions of the exercises are provided, to make sure everyone's needs are met while maintaining flow and consistent rhythm.

Although you'll still get a lot of feedback from the teacher, you'll need to work at the group pace, so this is a great option if you want to challenge your skills, and it's the most convenient way to add an extra workout to your weekly private session (best results are accomplished with 2 to 3 weekly sessions).

If you are new to Pilates, we recommend that you take a few private lessons prior to joining a group class, although this is not required. The best way to start is to book an introductory package (find it in appointments).
