This is a 45-minute, virtual, one-on-one session where we will discuss your health history and your main concerns, to see if my Coaching Program is a good fit for you.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. This means that - if you need to reschedule or cancel your session, you need to do it at least 24 hours in advance, If you cancel after that time frame, you will be charged as if you had taken that session.
