During your appointment, you will get personalized teaching that will be geared towards your goals and needs. This is the best option for you if you are new to Pilates, or if you want to achieve your goals faster. It is always recommended to take 2 to 3 sessions a week. 

Appointments can be private or semi-private (duet and trio lessons); in all of them you'll work on Pilates equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, Chairs) and you'll learn the whole Pilates system.
