ViviPilates is proud to be the host for Shari Berkowitz’ TVW Teacher Training in Pittsburgh.

The Vertical Workshop Pilates Teacher Training (TVW TT) is Classical Pilates with a deep understanding of how the human body works, through the study of Biomechanics and with an evidence-based point of view.

TVW TT is a 600 hours apprenticeship where you’ll learn the Classical Pilates exercises of all levels of client ability, modifications and variations.

Next Mat Seminar at ViviPilates is Sep 29-Oct 1, 2023: This can be taken alone or as the first step to becoming a comprehensive Pilates Teacher. After this weekend you will be able to teach a Pilates Mat Class; you will learn exercises, anatomy and teaching tools to be successful from Day 1.
